Privacy policy for my-receipt.app – information on the processing of personal data under the GDPR.

The controller for the data processing on this website is ActNow GmbH, Torstrasse 33, 10119 Berlin, email: info@actnow-gmbh.de. This statement applies to the website my-receipt.app. The meinBeleg/myReceipt app has its own privacy policy.

Hosting

This website is a static website and is hosted at Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA, USA) via the Cloudflare Pages service. When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time, requested page, volume of data transferred, browser type) in server log files in order to ensure the delivery and security of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or profiling technologies that would require consent.

Reach measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

For anonymous reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service works without cookies and without client-side fingerprinting; only aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to individuals are collected (e.g. page views, country of origin, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

The site links to external offerings (e.g. Apple App Store, LinkedIn). When you click on them, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
